Full-Process Production Quality Control
The company has built an advanced digital production management system, implementing networked closed-loop management for all processing procedures starting from the warehousing of components. Key quality factors such as processing time, operators, equipment parameters and raw material information for each batch of products are fully recorded and accurately traceable.
Our comprehensive traceability system can quickly identify problematic links when quality abnormalities occur, efficiently analyze the causes of defects and formulate targeted preventive measures to avoid recurrence, minimizing impacts and ensuring stable production and reliable delivery.
High-Precision Testing Equipment and Processes
We are equipped with a series of industry-leading precision testing instruments and have established a full-chain testing system covering raw materials, production processes and finished product delivery, strengthening our quality defense line with precise testing. Upon incoming raw materials, we conduct comprehensive inspections of material composition, mechanical properties and microstructure using spectrometers, tensile testing machines, metallographic analyzers and other equipment, preventing unqualified materials from entering production at the source.
During production, we use high-precision equipment such as coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) and profilometers to perform on-line monitoring of product geometric accuracy including dimensions, flatness and profile at specified frequencies, ensuring stable and controllable quality in each process. Before finished products leave the factory, final quality confirmation is completed through multi-dimensional comprehensive inspections to ensure that every product delivered to customers meets high-standard requirements.

Testing Procedure
To achieve the goal of zero defects in quality, we have established a full-lifecycle inspection mechanism and implemented stringent controls across the entire production process. During manufacturing, we rigorously enforce a three-stage inspection system—first-piece, mid-piece, and final-piece—to ensure consistent processing quality for every batch. Prior to shipment, we conduct comprehensive factory-out inspections, systematically screening out nonconforming products at each stage to fundamentally prevent any substandard items from leaving the facility. Should customer feedback reveal issues, we immediately activate our rapid-response mechanism, launching a thorough investigation, developing effective corrective measures, and promptly communicating the results to the customer. At the same time, by quantitatively analyzing defect data and sharing insights across the organization, we establish a long-term preventive system that addresses root causes and prevents recurrence of similar problems.
Quality Inspection Center
The company's Quality Inspection Center is equipped with a standardized constant temperature and humidity laboratory, as well as a series of high-precision testing instruments including coordinate measuring machines, tensile strength testing machines, Mitutoyo hardness testers and Mitutoyo profilometers. It possesses full-dimensional testing capabilities ranging from raw material composition analysis, in-process dimension inspection to finished product performance verification. Every product can only be shipped after passing strict laboratory inspections with all indicators qualified.
